At our Embro Unique, we want you to love what you wear. Every piece is carefully crafted with premium embroidery and quality materials. Please read our policy below before placing your order.
Currently, we do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to assist with size or product exchanges if needed.
Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges are accepted within 4 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.

All original tags and packaging must be intact.

The product must be returned in the same condition as delivered.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping when sending items back for an exchange. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item reaches us safely.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fee for exchanges.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale, discounted products, or custom embroidered items may not be eligible for exchange.
How to Request an Exchange

Provide your order number and details of the item you would like to exchange.

Pack the item securely and ship it back in its original condition.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange.
